This top floor executive apartment is tastefully furnished and has magnificent views over the bay with large floor to ceiling windows and sliding door from living area leading out onto a generous deck/patio. It’s a must stay!

There are two bedrooms, one with a luxury king size bed with an ensuite and the other has a luxury super king bed that can be split into two single beds.

The bathroom has a shower and a separate bath. Toiletries are supplied.

The kitchen has stunning views out to the beach. Large refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser, a dishwasher drawer, cooking equipment and utensils supplied.

The living area has a large custom made square 8 seater wooden table in the living area made by local designer Greg Cooper at Heritage Furniture Invercargill, leather couches, two lazy boy stress-less chairs, a large curved tv with Sky TV, Bluetooth sound bar and Wifi available (limited time).

Linen and cleaning is provided. This is included in the price but please leave the apartment tidy with dishes done.

Due to the staircase, this property is not suitable for young children.

We have 3 ground floor studio units with sliding door access to a small patio and grassed area with beach front with views of Porpoise Bay and a direct walkway to the beach.

All rooms are centrally heated with a flat screen TV with Freeview and 24 hours of Wifi included in the room price (after 24 hours guests can purchase more).

Kitchenette which includes a microwave and hot plate.

All studio rooms have queen size beds, with one studio having a separate bedroom with another queen bed and a single.
